EPISODE 5: GHOSTS FROM THE PAST

Adesewa’s body went cold. “You’re saying my brother was murdered?”

Dimeji nodded. “And now they’re watching you.”

A lump formed in her throat. “Why?”

He studied her face. “Because they think you know something.”

She almost laughed. “I don’t know anything.”

“Exactly. And that’s what makes you dangerous to them. They don’t know what Tunde might have left behind for you. So, they’ll either try to use you… or silence you.”

Adesewa’s head pounded. It felt like her world had just been rewritten.

Then, her phone vibrated. A text message from an unknown number.

“Stay away from Dimeji if you value your life.”

She looked up at him. His jaw tightened. “They’ve made their first move.”

EPISODE 6: THE CHOICE

Adesewa’s fingers tightened around her phone. “Who sent this?”

Dimeji took the phone, his face unreadable. “Someone who wants you scared.”

“Well, it’s working,” she muttered.

He reached into the glove compartment and pulled out another phone. “For now, use this. Yours is compromised.”

Adesewa frowned. “You came prepared.”

He smiled slightly. “I always do.”

She exhaled. “I need time to process all this.”

Dimeji’s expression softened. “I understand. But you don’t have much time. You need to decide—walk away now and pretend none of this is happening, or trust me and find out the truth.”

Adesewa’s heart pounded. Every instinct screamed at her to run. But a part of her—deep inside—needed to know what had happened to Tunde.

She looked into Dimeji’s eyes. “I’m in.”

He nodded. “Then hold on tight.”

Because there was no turning back now.
