EPISODE 7: THE FIRST CLUE

They drove in silence for a while before Dimeji spoke.

“Tunde left something for you. A key.”

“A key to what?” she asked.

“That’s what we need to find out.”

Dimeji handed her a small, metal key. It had numbers engraved on it.

02-14-85.

Adesewa traced the numbers with her fingers. “This was his birthday.”

Dimeji nodded. “It’s a clue.”

A chill ran down her spine. “Where do we start?”

He gave her a knowing look. “His old apartment.

EPISODE 8: SHADOWS WATCHING

Tunde’s old apartment was abandoned, covered in dust and memories.

As Adesewa stepped inside, her heart ached. She hadn’t been here since his funeral.

Dimeji searched the room, running his fingers along the walls. “He would’ve hidden it somewhere safe.”

Adesewa walked toward the bookshelf. Tunde had always loved books. She ran her hand along the spines, then paused.

A book was slightly out of place. She pulled it.

A small safe was hidden behind

Dimeji smirked. “Clever.

She inserted the key. The lock clicked open. Inside was a USB drive.

Before she could react, Dimeji stiffened. “We have to go. Now.”

Adesewa turned to the window.

A black car was parked outside.

And someone was watching them.
